At the end of 2024 The Maccabees announced that they would be returning to the stage after playing what they believed would be their last ever shows in 2017. I was lucky enough to follow the band from some of the first rehearsals back through the warm up gigs across Europe and the UK leading up to their headline show at All Points East in London's Victoria Park.
